It's quick and easy! Just break open one collagen capsule, add it to your morning coffee and stir to dissolve. Voila! 

There is some speculation that the collagen may be wasted, however this is not true. Collagen is already denatured during our manufacturing process which means that it's broken down into tiny molecules. Collagen peptides can also withstand heat up to 572°F. This confirms that the collagen structure is maintained even when added to your cup of coffee.

Note* As our clinically proven study was based on taking three capsules, we suggest that you dissolve one capsule in a cup of coffee in the morning. But still remember to take the other two capsules before bedtime. This way you will maintain the wonderful benefits and see the maximum results.
