As time goes by, the elastic fibres of the skin gradually break down. The loss of elasticity is what makes gravity take effect, resulting in most women’s worst nightmare: wrinkling.
You may not be able to stop time, but you can apply some homemade tips to reduce wrinkling, in combination with anti-aging creams.
First, remember that your sleep position may affect the development of wrinkles. Sleeping on your back will keep your skin from pulling forward. Additionally, you can give your face a massage with flaxseed oil, emu oil or aloe vera gel. These moisturisers will plump the skin if applied daily.
Finally, gently apply a pineapple or lemon slice directly onto your face to remove dead skin. The natural fruit acids reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve the skins overall appearance. Performing this twice per week will eventually help to fight skin wrinkling.
