Top Beauty Secrets Part 2:

“Beauty is a light in the heart.” We believe that beauty comes from within and everyone should look as young as they feel.
We present to you our Top Beauty Secrets that will give you a more healthy and youthful looking appearance!

6. Take care of your hands
There is very little fatty tissue under the skin on your hands, that is why it can easily become crinkled when dry. Use a hand cream with SPF and glycerin or sunflower seed oil. It will prevent lines, spots and dehydration and it will keep your skin smooth, soft and youthful.

7. Strengthen your nails
Prevent your nails from breaking by avoiding strong soaps. Make sure you use a moisturiser along with vitamin B7 supplements, such as biotin, which helps restore brittle and weak nails. You need to be extra careful when you cut your nails and select nail clippers that are shaped to follow the natural curve of the nail.

8. Soften your heels
Walking is part of your every day routine, so it shouldn’t come to you as a surprise that over the years the skin on your heels and feet becomes thicker and harder. Start improving their look and texture by soaking your feet in warm water. Once the dead skin soaks, you will be able to eradicate it effectively by rubbing it with a pumice stone. Ideally, you can apply a moisturizer, wear a pair of socks and sleep through the night. That way, you lock in the moisture for hours and get more efficient results. Repeat 4-5 times per week.

9. Do not smoke
One of the surest ways to protect your skin from ageing is to avoid smoking. Twin studies show that smokers have more wrinkles and their skin is 40% thinner than non-smokers. Researchers believe that smoke releases an enzyme that breaks down the collagen and elastin, ingredients that are vital for the structure and elasticity of the skin.

10. About your sunscreen
You probably know that sunscreen prevents wrinkles by blocking the harmful rays of the sun. But did you know that the SPF factor refers only to protection against ultraviolet B rays? UVA rays play a greater role in causing wrinkles. To block both UVA and UVB rays, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen on a daily basis.
