Most of us find it difficult to leave our warm bed in the morning. There are, however, small tricks that you can apply to feel happier and more energetic in the morning.
• Wake up to your favorite song!
Set your alarm clock to play music that you like. The first thought you will get each day will be a happy one.
• Have a sip of coffee!
Sit up in bed and drink some coffee or tea. It will prevent you from wanting to go back to sleep and will give you the energy to get your morning started.
• Work it out!
A little bit of exercise in the morning will get your endorphins flowing. Running outside is a great choice but you can also just do an easy workout in your house.
• Break it fast!
A piece of fruit, a glass of milk, or some yogurt could be a good option and if you have the appetite, a full meal would be helpful.
