How to keep your tan after the holidays

Lazy summer days may be coming to an end but this is not a reason for you to lose your beautiful tan.

Here’s what you can do to remain sun kissed and exotic longer:

• Keep yourself hydrated. Good hydration extends skin cells’ lifetime and therefore our tan.
• Keep using sunscreen. Sunscreen not only protects us from the harmful sun rays, but it also helps our tan last longer.
• Add more carrots and tomatoes in your diet. These foods help you have a healthy tan, as they work to promote melanin.
• Avoid heavy makeup or creams with color. These kinds of products may cause strange coloration on your skin.
