Keep your skin healthy and glowing during the winter


It doesn’t matter how old you are and what your profession is, flawless perfect skin is a desire for every woman. When winter comes, it brings a lot of problems with it, such as dry and cracked skin. So here are some tips to keep you glossy, even when it`s cold!

 

1. Wash in lukewarm water
In the winter, hot showers and baths might feel better but high-temperature water destroys the important oils that keep your skin hydrated and healthy.

2. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!
Your skin needs moisture in the morning, in the evening and after taking a bath. Keep a bottle near the bathtub, your bed and in your purse and use it every time you need it.

3. Drink up!
Hydration starts from the inside, so try to drink a lot of water and eating foods high in water content, such as apples, oranges, carrots and zucchini.
