Signs of Aging

As we get older our skin begins to show more and more signs of wear and tear. The most common signs of aging to the skin include wrinkles, lines and fine sagging skin as well as age spots. These changes occur because the body begins to lose much of the proteins and minerals that were present at a younger age. The main proteins which contribute to healthy skin are collagen and elastin and when the body produces less of these the skin begins to lose its structure and elasticity, visibly aging the face.

Another factor which can age the skin excessively is over exposure to the sun and ultra violet rays. Ultra Violet rays can cause the skin to become excessively dry and can also be responsible for the formation of lines and wrinkles as well as unpleasant age spots. Ultra Violet rays from the sun can also cause skin cancer when over exposure occurs.

Using skin creams which are rich in natural ingredients and collage and elastins is the single best way to prevent skin aging prematurely. The more natural the facial cream you use, the better it will be for your skin. Try to avoid skin creams which contain lots of nasty toxins as they can often do more harm than good. Natural face creams and creams which contain collagen and elastins help the skin to produce its own collagen, making skin stronger and younger looking. They can also improve skin elasticity and will have you looking younger in no time.
