Seasonal skin damage

Your body is very versatile and can adapt to different weather conditions, whether it is pouring down with rain, freezing cold, blowing a gale or hot sunshine. However, these different weather conditions can have a damaging affect on your skin. If you do not look after your skin correctly in different weather conditions, come rain or shine, then the neglect of your skin can bring out unwanted fine lines, age spots and wrinkles.

No matter how young or old you are, you should always be kind to your skin and your skin will look after you. So now is the time to invest some money on a good age defying cream or anti wrinkle cram to help reduce the onset of premature ageing. Have a look at these great beauty tips below.

Artificial light in your home can make your body think it is actually earlier than it is. Therefore, you are prone to puffiness and dark circles under your eyes, which can make you look older than what you actually are. You must ensure that you get enough sleep for the lifestyle you have, they didn't name it beauty sleep for nothing!

Also the central heating in your home will evaporate the natural moisture in the air, which can then dry out your skin. If you have air conditioning, especially in work, then this will make your eyes become gritty and also dehydrate your skin. If you must have the radiators on then try and put some bowels of water underneath them, as this will help hydrate the air and your skin at the same time.

With the summer months approaching, you must ensure that you use a good sun protection cream, at least a SPF15. The sun may feel fabulous on your skin, but it is not doing it any good and can dramatically age your skin sooner than you would have anticipated.
