Regular exercise can reverse the signs of ageing
It has recently been discovered by scientists that regular exercise is not just good for your body, but it is also good for your brain and to prevent premature ageing.
New evidence has shown that if you are able to carry out at least 30 minutes of exercise or aerobic activity 5 times a week, then it can dramatically boost learning skills, improve your brain, reduce stress and help reverse the signs of ageing.
Although some people may struggle to get to the gym more than once a week, due to busy schedules and lifestyle, there is still hope for you yet. More and more people pay out good money for a gym membership that they hardly ever use, so if you are not a dedicated gym fanatic, then you should not spend money on a top of the range gym, there are many cardiovascular and aerobic exercises that you can carry out in the comfort of your own home.
It has been claimed that each minute of exercise that you do can also trigger a number of stimulating and rejuvenating chemical changes in our bodies and brain, making us cleverer, happier and younger.
So the main factors to bear in mind if you want to reduce the signs of premature aging and fine lines and wrinkles is to ensure that you exercise regularly and use a good age defying cream and adapt a good skincare regime.
