I've raved on about their other skincare products, now there is another new product in the Purelogicol skincare range, and that's their new instant lip plumper.
Most lip plumping products use ingredients like chili extract which basically causes your lips to swell up but the effects are short lived – and a bit uncomfortable to say the least. That’s why I have always steered clear of lip plumpers but because I’m such a huge fan of Purelogicol’s skincare range, I had a pretty good idea they would have something new to bring to the table.
The advanced formula used in the lip plumper instantly plumps, while enhancing colour and definition. Now for the science bit! The breakthrough nano-technology combines phospholipids, liquorice root and soybean extract which boost collagen and glycoprotein biosynthesis. HA microspheres, plant collagen and vitamin E, hydrate, soothe and nourish. Also, the natural willow bark and radish root act as natural preservatives, without containing parabens, alcohol, artificial colours or perfume.
When I first tried this product I thought it was superb, but I thought the ultimate test would be model agency boss and queen of lips, Tracey Hall of Style Academy. Tracey is so famed for her expert application of liner and lippy to enhance lips that she takes a masterclass at Oonagh Boman’s school of make-up. So I thought to myself, “If Tracey Hall likes the Purelogicol instant lip plumper then they're on to a winner”.
