There are some practical steps that you can take as part of an anti ageing skin care routine.

The first point is to limit your exposure to the sun. That means avoiding sun beds and staying out of the sun between the hours of 11am and 3pm when abroad. Where possible, use skin tanning make-up rather than sunbathe.

Another important point is nutrition as this plays a valuable role in keeping your skin healthy and to stop it from ageing before its time. Be sure to keep your body well hydrated at all times, drinking plenty of fresh water in adequate amounts and watch your intake of caffeine and alcohol.

A good diet will help with your anti ageing routine, so have plenty of vegetables and fruit as these will help to stimulate the production of collagen in your skin, which consequently keeps the skin’s elasticity.

Last but not least, keep your skin properly moisturized. Adapt an anti-ageing skincare routine. Start by applying exfoliation products to remove the dead skin. This helps keep your pores open and stimulates skin cell growth, giving you a more youthful complexion.

Be sure to use an anti wrinkle cream, age defying cream or beauty treatment and use it both morning and night.
