How to treat your skin
Natural skin care products are a great way to care for and protect your skin, along with a good skincare regime.
Try doing a dry brush exfoliation in the morning, preferably before you have a bath or shower. By doing this, it will help to rid your skin of dead skin cells, which then allows your skin to detox and so boost the circulation to the capillaries.
If you have a skin disorder or suffer from spots and blemishes, you should always adapt a good skincare regime, by toning, cleansing and moisturising, but you should also look at what you are eating and drinking, or perhaps what you are not. For example, drinking plenty of water and introducing more fibre into your diet can be beneficial. Bad skin can be caused by sluggish digestion.
Your skin can also start to look old before its time, this can be caused by a number of things, such as inactivity, stress levels and your general well being and health. It is a good idea to take a break during a long day in the office, go for a gentle stroll, even if it is just for 5 minutes, start each morning by stretching and if you have time go for a gentle jog. Last but not least use a good age defying cream as part of your skincare regime, as this will really make a difference to the appearance of unwanted fine lines, age spots and wrinkles.
