Do Anti Wrinkle Creams Work?
It seems that when it comes to wrinkles and ageing of the skin, prevention is better than cure. When a study was done into anti wrinkle creams, it found that using an anti ageing cream or serum with a high SPF factor was the best way of preventing fine lines and wrinkles. It also found that using these creams before wrinkles and lines appeared was much more effective than using them once the skin had begun to age, although they did help to improve the appearance when used in this way.
The sun is one of the main causes of premature aging of the skin and so using sunscreen and an anti wrinkle cream which protects against the sun is the best way to go about improving the appearance of your skin and stopping wrinkles from appearing. It also helps to protect the body from skin cancers too.
Preventing wrinkles is very easy, but once you have them, you can improve their appearance. The key to this is using a good anti wrinkle cream. Creams which contain lots of vitamins and minerals are key to improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Creams and serums containing Vitamin A are particularly good at treating wrinkles and damaged skin as Vitamin A helps to regenerate the skin and is also good for acne too.
If you find a good face cream with lots of natural active ingredients and use it regularly you should see a real improvement in your appearance and should have noticeably healthier skin. To get the best results however, it is advisable to take preventative measures before any wrinkles appear.
