Anti ageing aerobics

Many celebrities and A-listers in their 40's and 50's are now appearing to look a lot younger than woman half their age, due to their wrinkle-free faces and complexion, younger looking skin and fantastic bodies.

You may be thinking about the millions of pounds these A-listers, such as Elle Macpherson and Michelle Pfieffer, earn and that they can afford these expensive lotions, cosmetic surgery and numerous courses of Botox injections. However, scientists have recently proven that the best thing you can do to prevent signs of ageing and wrinkles appearing, is to exercise. These scientists have claimed that regular exercise can reduce the signs of ageing by 16 years.

Aerobics is one of the best exercises you can carry out. It not only helps to protect against having a stroke and diseases such as diabetes, but also the appearance of wrinkles.

Most people’s lifestyles are quite busy and hectic, which means it can be hard to find time to carry out a gentle aerobic exercise. If you can fit in a minimum of 30 minutes at least 5 times a week, this could benefit your skin and your body.

So, take some time out for yourself and enrol in an aerobic class or purchase an exercise DVD and don't forget to continue with your daily skincare regime and wait for your skin to start appearing more youthful looking.
