7 top tips to help your skin and body detoxify

1. Drink water
Your intake of water should be around 1.6 litres per day. To help with detoxification, squeeze half a lemon into a glass of water. Lemons help stimulate your liver and flush out toxins. They are also a high source of vitamin C, calcium and potassium.
2. Fruit juice & vegetable cleanse
Detoxifies your body and will provide essential vitamins and minerals.
3. Gentle exercise and deep breathing
Reduces stress and increases your oxygen levels which helps cleanse toxins from the body.

4. Powerful detoxifying herbs
